I am a dedicated mental health practitioner who brings together the precision of science and the compassion of human connection. With two Master’s degrees—one in Clinical Psychology and another in Cognitive Neuroscience—I offer a deeply informed and integrative approach to emotional well-being. My training allows me to understand not only how the mind works, but how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours interact across different life stages, personalities, and social environments.

What sets my practice apart is my belief that therapy is not about offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s about meeting you exactly where you are—with care, respect, and curiosity. I create a space that is safe, inclusive, and tailored to your story. Whether you are facing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, relationship struggles, grief, or simply feel stuck, I help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strength.

Description

My work draws from a wide range of therapeutic tools and techniques, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), statistical assessments, and mindfulness-based strategies. I also integrate creative and somatic modalities such as art and music-based interventions, colour therapy, and pet-assisted support. I consider wellness as a mind-body experience, and often include guidance around nutrition, movement, and lifestyle shifts as part of the healing process.

Every session is shaped to your unique pace and needs—whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional relief, personal growth, or a deeper understanding of yourself. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you build resilience, self-awareness, and tools that support long-term emotional health.

At the core of my work is a simple truth: no emotion is too small, and no struggle is too trivial. I listen with empathy, respond with science, and support with compassion. Because therapy should feel like a place where you can simply be—honestly, fully, and safely—while being gently guided toward the version of yourself you’re ready to become.

As a counseling psychologist based in Bangalore, my primary goal is to help individuals enhance their mental health through effective and reliable methods. I hold a master’s degree in counseling psychology and have trained in several key areas, including suicide prevention, parenting guidance, couples therapy, and the use of storytelling as a therapeutic tool. I have a particular focus on supporting the LGBTQ+ community, treating each individual with kindness and hope.

I also work with children and teenagers, employing techniques that assist them in managing their emotions and behaviors. This approach enables me to address a wide range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, and family challenges. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients can openly share their thoughts and feelings.

In my practice, I implement specific strategies to help individuals change negative thought patterns and develop mindfulness. Understanding that everyone is unique, I tailor my methods to fit each person’s experiences. It is important for me to provide care that is sensitive to individuals’ past experiences, helping them talk through their struggles and work toward healing.
