Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Devdoot, we prioritize providing exceptional services to our users. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied or need to request a refund or cancellation, this policy outlines the terms and procedures to ensure clarity and transparency.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

    • Services were not delivered as promised.

    • Incorrect billing or double payment was made.

    • Technical errors prevented service delivery.

  2. Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

    • If the service has already been fully delivered as per the requested terms.

    • User dissatisfaction due to factors beyond Devdoot’s control (e.g., user’s misunderstanding of the service).

    • Cancellations made outside the allowed timeframe.

Refund Process:

  • Users must submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction date.

  • Requests can be submitted by contacting us at support@devdoot.com or through the in-app support feature.

  • Devdoot will review the request and notify the user of the outcome within 5-7 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation:

  1. Scheduled Services:

    • Users can cancel scheduled services up to 24 hours before the service start time without incurring a cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% service fee.

  2. On-Demand Services:

    • Once an on-demand service has been initiated or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Subscription Cancellation:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the user’s account settings.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.

How to Submit a Refund or Cancellation Request

  1. Visit the Help & Support section in the Devdoot app or website.

  2. Select the Refund or Cancellation option and provide the following details:

    • Service details

    • Transaction ID

    • Reason for refund or cancellation

  3. Attach any relevant documentation to support your request.

  • Devdoot reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or website.

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to verification by our team.

  • This policy is governed by the laws of India.
