I offer different services aimed at empowering young individuals to overcome hurdles and achieve their personal and career goals. I believe in creating a friendly and safe space where they can openly share their thoughts and feelings. Building trust and strong connections with my clients is very important to me because it helps them think more deeply about their experiences and dreams.

I help young people build their confidence and self-awareness in our sessions, workshops, and personalized programs. My goal is to provide them with the tools they need to grow and thrive. I’m a dedicated psychologist passionate about helping individuals of all ages enhance their emotional well-being and happiness. I earned my master’s degree in Psychology in 2023 from Amity University in Mumbai, where I gained valuable insights into how our minds work and the various ways people behave.

Additionally, I worked as an Assistant Professor at SNDT University in Pune, where I enjoyed teaching and inspiring undergraduate students to explore the field of psychology. I also completed an internship in the Psychiatry department at Poona Hospital and Research Centre, where I gained valuable hands-on experience under the guidance of Dr. Vidhyadhar Watve. This experience has equipped me with the skills necessary to effectively support those I work with.
