With over a decade of experience in clinical and counseling psychology, I have developed an integrative therapeutic model that combines various psychological paradigms. This approach allows for dynamic treatment plans tailored to the client’s unique issues and contexts. By merging foundational theories with contemporary evidence-based methods, I implement interventions that are relevant to my client’s individual narratives.

A key aspect of my practice is creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment, reducing stigma around seeking psychological help. I strive to foster a space where clients feel acknowledged and understood.

I’m a dedicated psychologist passionate about helping individuals of all ages enhance their emotional well-being and happiness. I earned my master’s degree in Psychology in 2023 from Amity University in Mumbai, where I gained valuable insights into how our minds work and the various ways people behave.

Additionally, I worked as an Assistant Professor at SNDT University in Pune, where I enjoyed teaching and inspiring undergraduate students to explore the field of psychology. I also completed an internship in the Psychiatry department at Poona Hospital and Research Centre, where I gained valuable hands-on experience under the guidance of Dr. Vidhyadhar Watve. This experience has equipped me with the skills necessary to effectively support those I work with.

I firmly believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background, age, or gender. I advocate for the idea that everyone deserves support for their mental health. My approach emphasizes understanding each person’s unique experiences, as I believe therapy should be tailored to individual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all solution.
