I’m Kirti, a counseling psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find a path to healing and growth. I am a trauma-informed and queer-affirmative psychologist. My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change, and my role is to support you in discovering your strengths and developing the tools to cope with difficulties.
In our work together, I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and mindfulness practices.
We’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and non-judgmental space, working at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I value empathy, respect, and authenticity, and I am committed to creating a trusting environment where you feel heard and understood.
