Dipali is certified in both yoga and sound healing, and her teaching experience includes sessions with over 100 students, both online and offline, across diverse settings—from corporate workshops to wellness retreats. Her practice is deeply enriched by traditional Hatha and Sivananda yoga principles, as well as the profound influence of the Wim Hof Method, which has strengthened her mental and physical resilience. Recently, she was awarded a scholarship to complete her instructor training in the Wim Hof Method, adding another dimension to her holistic approach.

With a passion for connecting people to their inner peace, Dipali incorporates yoga, meditation, sound healing, and breathwork techniques to create a nurturing space for self-growth.
