Description

My name is Nina Nikolova, and I am an internationally qualified Yoga Instructor specializing in Kundalini Yoga. I am also qualified to teach KundaDance as instructed by Maya Fiennes. Practicing Kundalini Yoga offers numerous health benefits, as it includes specific kriyas (exercises) and calming music that can enhance the functioning of various organs in the body, benefiting both physical and mental health. Kundalini Yoga can improve vitality, increase strength, and help balance the nervous system.

With the various illnesses we face today, particularly different types of cancer, I have dedicated my practice to yoga exercises for cancer patients. Additionally, I offer chair yoga classes for individuals who may have difficulty standing or lying on the floor, whether due to disabilities or other challenges.

Although I have not studied Ayurveda formally, I am familiar with its principles. I have always had a fascination with health and the connections that come with it, and I continue to pursue self-development. Currently, I am studying Nutrition and am confident in my ability to create tailored meal plans for individuals with high or low blood pressure, those needing to lose or gain weight, or anyone looking to address skin problems while following a healthy lifestyle that includes exercise. My work does not stop at meal planning; I will also track clients’ achievements and goals and seek effective ways to help them reach these targets.

With eight years of experience working in a hospital, I have undergone several mental health training sessions and completed a basic counseling course. Additionally, alongside my nutrition studies, I am currently learning about Chinese Metaphysics in depth.

My sessions with clients typically last one hour. For example, I can offer two sessions per week (on Monday and Wednesday), but this can be adjusted based on each client’s personal situation and needs. If they require more time, I can be flexible and accommodate three sessions per week or more.

As mentioned, I am quite flexible and can adapt to various needs. The pricing above is based on two sessions per week, but I will provide availability for three days a week as well.

I also have experience as a personal coach for friends and family and will be teaching yoga at a local gym starting next year.

I am deeply passionate about health and wellness and have dedicated my life to encouraging others to adopt a fitness-focused lifestyle. Growing up in a busy city, I faced the challenges of a fast-paced environment filled with unhealthy habits and food choices. My interest in staying fit began in high school when I realized that exercise could help me handle stress and improve my overall well-being.

To build my knowledge, I studied Health and Physical Education, where I learned about exercise, nutrition, and mental health. I became especially interested in how our physical health and mental health are connected, understanding that we need to take care of both to truly feel good. This belief has guided my career in various roles, such as personal trainer, fitness instructor, and wellness coach.

My goal is to help people put their health first and make positive changes in their lives that can lead to a better quality of life. I believe that regular exercise and eating well are vital not just for our bodies but also for our minds, helping us think clearly and stay emotionally strong. By sharing what I know and my personal experiences, I hope to inspire others to take control of their health and find joy in living a balanced life.
