  • Parts Work and Inner Child Healing – Many of our emotional wounds originate from childhood. I help clients reconnect with and nurture their inner child, allowing them to heal past traumas and reclaim their authentic self.

One of my signature techniques is using metaphors and analogies to help clients visualize and transform their mental health struggles. By framing challenges in symbolic or relatable ways, individuals can gain deeper insight into their emotions and experiences.

For example, I might compare anxiety to a storm—something that feels overpowering but eventually passes. Or I might describe emotional healing as tending to a garden—requiring patience, care, and the removal of old weeds to make space for new growth. These powerful imagery tools allow clients to process complex emotions in a more intuitive and insightful manner.
