National Doctor’s Day is a tribute to the selfless service and dedication of doctors who play a vital role in maintaining and improving our health. At Devdoot, we recognize this day to show appreciation and support for medical professionals who go above and beyond every day.
Objectives
• Honor doctors and raise awareness of their importance in the healthcare ecosystem.
• Foster community appreciation and gratitude for their dedication.
• Educate the public about preventive healthcare through expert interactions.
Activities
• Instagram Live/Webinar – ‘How to Care for Yourself Before Others’:
We are conducting a live session on Instagram where a practicing doctor shares practical ways to maintain personal well-being while caring for others. The conversation covers real-life challenges, preventive care habits, and tips for maintaining a balanced life.
• Interactive Q&A (Anonymous Submissions):
We are collecting anonymous health-related questions from our community members through a form, and our doctors are addressing them during and after the live session. This allows users to engage without hesitation and receive trusted advice.
• Gratitude Wall on WhatsApp:
We have created a dedicated gratitude space in our WhatsApp community where members are posting heartfelt thank-you messages and personal stories about the doctors who’ve impacted their lives. Selected messages are being highlighted on our social platforms.
• Offline Clinic Pop-up (Vitals Check & Consultations):
We are organizing a free health check-up camp in collaboration with a local clinic. Basic vitals like blood pressure, BMI, and sugar levels are being monitored, followed by brief consultations with doctors. The initiative aims to promote preventive care and early detection.
