Devdoot’s event offers inclusive, guided yoga and fitness coaching sessions for all skill levels, emphasizing yoga’s role in stress reduction, flexibility, and overall wellness. By combining live classes, on-demand resources, and community challenges, we aim to make yoga accessible and sustainable for everyone.
Objectives:
- Promote yoga as a daily practice for physical and mental health across diverse audiences.
- Provide beginner-friendly and advanced yoga sessions to accommodate all skill levels.
- Highlight yoga’s benefits for stress management, posture improvement, and chronic pain relief.
- Drive engagement with Devdoot’s fitness coaching services for long-term wellness.
Activities:
- Live Yoga Sessions (June 21, 7 AM–7 PM): A full day of free virtual classes, streamed on Devdoot’s website and YouTube:
- 7 AM: Gentle Yoga for Beginners (30 min) – Focus on basic poses and breathing.
- 10 AM: Vinyasa Flow for Intermediate (45 min) – Dynamic sequences for strength and flexibility.
- 2 PM: Restorative Yoga (30 min) – Relaxing poses for stress relief and recovery.
- 5 PM: Yoga for Athletes (45 min) – Targeted stretches for mobility and performance.
- Led by certified yoga instructors with live chat support for real-time guidance.
- On-Demand Yoga Library: A curated collection of 10 recorded sessions (15–60 minutes) available throughout June, covering:
- Morning energizing flows.
- Evening relaxation routines.
- Targeted practices for back pain, flexibility, and mental focus.
- Accessible via Devdoot’s website with free registration.
- Mindfulness Workshops (June 21, 12 PM & 6 PM): Two 20-minute sessions on:
