Activities
Cognitive Wellness Session – Interactive Brain Exercises and Puzzles:
We are conducting a fun and enriching session filled with brain-boosting exercises like memory games, logic puzzles, and quick mental workouts. This activity helps participants enhance their focus, clarity, and mental flexibility.
Challenge: 1 Screen-Free Hour a Day (7-Day Challenge):
We are rolling out a week-long screen detox challenge where participants commit to staying off screens for at least one hour daily. The goal is to promote mindfulness, reduce digital fatigue, and strengthen real-world engagement.
Webinar on Common Brain Health Topics:
We are hosting a short yet impactful webinar led by a healthcare expert, focusing on everyday brain health issues like migraines, anxiety, brain fog, and how simple changes in routine can help manage them.
Mind Games Tournament – Offline Sudoku/Word Game Event:
We are organizing an exciting offline tournament featuring Sudoku, crossword puzzles, and other word games under the Devdoot wellness banner. It’s a perfect mix of fun, community, and cognitive fitness.
