My name is Pooja Lodhi, and I am a dedicated mental health professional with a BA (Hons) in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Over the past 3.5 years, I have cultivated a rich professional experience in various roles, including school counselor, special educator, and psychologist. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, ranging from young children to elderly individuals, each with unique experiences and needs.
I have a comprehensive background in both clinical and non-clinical settings, effectively addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, grief, and various behavioral challenges. My experience includes conducting outreach workshops and capacity-building sessions that aim to raise awareness about mental health and equip individuals with essential coping skills. I have a particular focus on developmental and behavioral disorders in children, as well as providing compassionate mental health support to the elderly, enhancing their quality of life.
