I completely understand what it feels like to be stuck in life—spending 15 years caught in the same cycle can be incredibly overwhelming and can make you feel like you’ve lost touch with your true self. This is precisely why I decided to become the coach that I once needed during my own struggles. Over the past 5 years, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals transform their lives, even while earning my degree in the process. My approach is not about offering quick fixes that provide temporary relief; instead, I focus on implementing sustainable strategies that lead to meaningful, lasting change.
