These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, app, and services (collectively referred to as “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
Devdoot is a platform operated under Misafir Support LLP, the parent company, which owns all intellectual property rights and oversees the operations of Devdoot.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Devdoot Services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Devdoot, under the ownership of Misafir Support LLP, offers a range of health-related services, including but not limited to:
Caregiver Finder
Mental Health Support
Virtual Health Coaching
Quick Ambulance Services
Medical Equipment Rentals
Our Services are designed to connect users with healthcare providers, emergency services, and other relevant resources.
3. User Obligations
By using Devdoot, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use.
Use the Services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Refrain from using the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Respect the privacy and rights of other users and service providers.
4. Registration and Account Security
To access certain features of Devdoot, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities conducted under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Fees and Payments
Payment processing services for the Devdoot Service (operated under Misafir Support LLP) may be provided by one or more third-party payment processors. Devdoot reserves the right to switch, add, or replace payment processing vendors at its discretion.
Currently, payment processing services are provided by Razorpay and are subject to:

To receive payments through the Devdoot Service, you may be required to set up a Razorpay account and accept their terms. By using Devdoot for payment processing, you:
- Authorize Devdoot to access and perform necessary activities on your Razorpay account, including requesting refunds where applicable.
- Agree to provide accurate and complete business and personal details.
- Authorize Devdoot to share transaction-related information with Razorpay to facilitate payment processing.
Furthermore, as permitted by law and in accordance with these terms:
- Devdoot acts as your authorized agent solely for the purpose of accepting payments from customers on your behalf and ensuring the delivery of such payments to you.
- Any payment received through Devdoot shall be considered as payment made directly to you.
- If any payment is not delivered, your sole recourse is against Devdoot. You agree not to seek payment directly from customers.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Reservation Protection
As per Devdoot’s Reservation Protection policy, if a Service Provider cancels a booking close to the service start date, Devdoot (under Misafir Support LLP) may assist in finding a replacement Service Provider. The availability of Reservation Protection depends on the timing of the cancellation and the type of service. Please refer to the Reservation Protection policy for more details.
Cancellations by Service Providers
- If a Service Provider cancels a booking before or during the service period, the Customer will receive a refund for services not provided, including any service charges paid to Devdoot.
- A Service Provider may appoint a substitute (agreed upon by the Customer) as long as the substitute has an active Devdoot account and accepts the Booking in writing.
- Frequent unjustified cancellations may result in account deactivation by Devdoot.
Cancellations by Customers
- If a Customer cancels a booking before or during the service period, refunds will be processed according to the Service Provider’s cancellation policy on Devdoot.
- Service Providers must select a cancellation policy before finalizing a booking so that Customers are aware of the terms.

General Cancellation Terms
- All cancellations must be made through the Devdoot platform.
- The official cancellation date is the date when a user cancels via the Devdoot platform, regardless of any external communication between users.
Payment Disputes & Payments Outside Devdoot
- Payments to Service Providers are initiated 48 hours after the completion of a Booking.
- Once funds have been disbursed, any payment disputes must be resolved directly between the Customer and the Service Provider.
- Devdoot is not responsible for mediating disputes or payments made outside the platform, including tips, bonuses, or additional payments.
Discretionary Refunds for Service Failure
At its sole discretion, if Devdoot determines that a Service Provider has failed to fulfill the agreed-upon service or violated these Terms, Devdoot reserves the right to:
- Cancel the Booking
- Issue a full or partial refund to the Customer

Fees for Service Providers
Service Providers can offer their services to Customers by agreeing to a Booking through Devdoot. If you are a Service Provider, you must confirm the Booking before it expires; otherwise, the Customer will have no obligation to proceed with the transaction. Once both parties finalize the Booking, you agree to honor the price set in the agreement.
Transaction & Payment Processing
- The purchase of services is a direct transaction between the Customer and the Service Provider.
- Devdoot (under Misafir Support LLP) acts solely as a facilitator of the transaction.
- Payment is collected from the Customer at the time of Booking and, unless subject to a payment hold, is initiated to the Service Provider’s account 48 hours after the service period ends.
Service Provider Fees
- Fees for Service Providers are calculated as a percentage of the amount the Customer agrees to pay in a Booking. These fees are automatically deducted from each transaction unless stated otherwise.
- Upon signing up as a Service Provider, you may be charged a non-refundable profile review fee.
Tax Implications
- For Service Providers outside India who provide a valid indirect tax identification number (such as VAT or GST number), fees will be exclusive of applicable indirect taxes.
- If no valid tax identification number is provided, the fees will be inclusive of applicable indirect taxes.
Service Fees & Payment Holds
Service Fees
Devdoot charges service fees for certain features of the Devdoot Service. If you are a Service Provider, our service fee is calculated as a percentage of the total fees a Customer agrees to pay in a Booking. This fee is automatically deducted from each transaction, unless otherwise stated.

Payment Holds
Devdoot reserves the right to place a hold on payments due to a Service Provider under the following circumstances:
- If there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with your account.
- If necessary to protect Devdoot, the Devdoot community, or third-party rights.
In such cases, Devdoot may also recommend that third-party payment processors restrict access to funds in your account to ensure compliance with security measures and risk management policies.
6. Disclaimer of Medical Advice
Devdoot Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical conditions. Devdoot does not endorse or guarantee the qualifications of any service provider or the accuracy of information shared through the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devdoot, its parent company Misafir Support LLP, and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
Delays, interruptions, or errors in the Services due to circumstances beyond our control.
Exclusion of Certain Types of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Devdoot (under Misafir Support LLP) shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to travel expenses, business losses, loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill, or similar losses or expenses arising from or related to:
- The use of or inability to use the Devdoot Service.
- Any information obtained through the Devdoot Service.
- The removal of your profile, reviews, or other content from the Devdoot Service.
- The suspension or termination of your access to the Devdoot Service.
- Any failure, error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in the operation or transmission of the Devdoot Service.
Even if Devdoot has been advised of the possibility of such damages, we shall not be held liable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages; therefore, this limitation may not apply to you.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, Devdoot’s total liability to you or any third party for any matter related to the Devdoot Service shall not exceed:
- The total amount paid by you to Devdoot (excluding payments made directly to service providers) within the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or
- if you have not made any payments to Devdoot, $100.00 USD (or equivalent in local currency).
No Liability for Third-Party Actions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devdoot shall not be responsible for any damages, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, or consequential, arising from the conduct of any user, service provider, or third party associated with the Devdoot Service. This includes but is not limited to:
- Property damage, theft, bodily injury, death, emotional distress, or financial loss resulting from reliance on any content or interactions through the Devdoot Service.
- Any fraudulent, misleading, or harmful actions by other users or service providers.
If you have a dispute with a service provider or another user, you agree to release Devdoot from all claims, demands, and damages, known or unknown, arising from such disputes. Devdoot shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from a service provider or user failing to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Medical Advice & Prescription Disclaimer
Devdoot strictly prohibits the prescription of medicines through virtual consultations. Any medicine recommendations or prescriptions provided through the Devdoot Service are solely the responsibility of the service provider. Devdoot assumes no liability for any harm, side effects, or adverse reactions resulting from medications prescribed through the platform.
Users are strongly advised to seek proper medical consultation from licensed healthcare professionals before taking any prescribed medication.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Devdoot platform are owned by Misafir Support LLP or its licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Devdoot, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
Devdoot may provide links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Use them at your own risk.
The Devdoot Service (operated under Misafir Support LLP) may include links to third-party websites or external resources. By using the Devdoot Service, you acknowledge and agree that Devdoot is not responsible or liable for:
- The availability, accuracy, or reliability of such third-party websites or resources.
- Any content, products, or services offered on or through such websites or resources.
The inclusion of any third-party links does not constitute an endorsement by Devdoot of the respective websites, resources, or the products and services they offer. You assume full responsibility and all associated risks when accessing or using any third-party websites or resources through the Devdoot Service.
11. Modifications to the Terms
Devdoot, under Misafir Support LLP, reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or app. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Devdoot Services at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Devdoot, Misafir Support LLP, or other users.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The laws of India govern these Terms. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue in Delhi NCR.
14. Devdoot & Google Maps Usage
The Devdoot Service requires access to Google Maps features and content, which are subject to the latest:
• Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (including the Acceptable Use Policy)
(Collectively referred to as the “Google Terms”).
By using the Devdoot Service, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the Google Terms as they apply to you (e.g., as an “End User”). Any unauthorized use of Google Maps features and content may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Devdoot Service.
Third-Party Consultation Services
Devdoot may provide Customers and Service Providers with phone, chat, or email consultation services from third-party veterinary professionals as an educational resource to assist in decision-making regarding care. These services are not a part of the Devdoot Service and should only be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional veterinary care.
Important Notes:
• Virtual consultations cannot include the prescription of medicines.
• Any medication prescribed by a third-party provider that results in harm or adverse effects is solely the liability of the prescribing party.
•By using these consultation services, you agree that any claims must be directed exclusively to the applicable third-party service provider.
Transactions Between Customers & Service Providers
The Devdoot Service facilitates connections between Customers and Service Providers for services such as:
• Caregiver Services
• Virtual Coaching or Consulting
• Ambulance Services
However, all transactions conducted via Devdoot are solely between Customers and Service Providers. Devdoot is not liable for:
•Any damages associated with services provided.
• Any bodily injury, medical issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of services.
Except for limited refunds and “Reservation Protection”, Devdoot assumes no liability for any service-related issues.
Booking Terms
A Booking on Devdoot occurs when a Customer and a Service Provider agree to service terms, including:
• Fees
• Time period
• Cancellation policy
• Other specified terms
Booking Process:
1.A Customer can initiate a Booking by selecting a service and confirming payment via the “Request to Book” option.
2.A Service Provider may also initiate a Booking, which the Customer must confirm by selecting “Pay Now.”
3.All Booking requests require acceptance from the receiving party. The recipient is not obligated to accept a request and may decline for any reason.
4. Once a Booking is confirmed, both parties must honor the agreed price and terms.
Warranty Disclaimer for the Devdoot Service
(Under Misafir Support LLP)
The Devdoot Service, including all text, graphics, information, links, and other materials, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Any reviews, profiles, advice, opinions, statements, offers, or other content made available through the Devdoot Service—but not directly by Devdoot—are the sole responsibility of their respective authors. Devdoot does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or validity of such content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEVDOOT DOES NOT:
•Guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of any information or materials available on the Devdoot Service.
•Adopt, endorse, or accept responsibility for the reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement provided by third parties.
•Warrant that the Devdoot Service will be secure, free from viruses, uninterrupted, error-free, always available, or meet user expectations.
•Ensure that any defects or technical issues in the Devdoot Service will be corrected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Devdoot expressly disclaims all warranties—whether express, implied, or statutory—including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
Furthermore, Devdoot makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or quality of any service provider offering pet care or any other services via the Devdoot platform.
