Description
I am a psychologist and psychotherapist with over two years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups. My work focuses on helping people navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth, providing a safe and non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings.
I believe that healing begins with self-awareness. Instead of focusing solely on what is “broken” in life — the cracks in the glass — true healing begins when you start looking within yourself with curiosity and compassion. My role as a Mental Health Support Coach is to help you achieve a deeper level of understanding, enabling you to not only manage your challenges but also grow stronger through them.
My approach is eclectic and flexible, shaped by my training in 12 different psychotherapies but guided primarily by your unique needs. Like water, I adapt to the person sitting with me, because no two journeys are ever the same. Some clients come to me for help with specific concerns — stress, anxiety, depression, procrastination, time management, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or relationship struggles. Others are seeking clarity, self-discovery, or tools to cope better with life transitions, burnout, or emotional overwhelm. Whether you are working through deep-rooted issues or simply wanting to build healthier habits, my goal is to meet you where you are and move forward together at your pace.
I believe that choosing to work on your mental health is one of the most powerful decisions you can make. Many of us carry emotional burdens passed down through generations, and by seeking help, you are choosing not to continue that cycle. You are choosing growth, healing, and a better future — not just for yourself, but for those who come after you.
I hope to guide and support you as you notice your “cracks,” understand them with kindness, and build the resilience to heal and thrive. Together, we can create meaningful change, one step at a time.
