I am Dr. Aishwarya Ramraje (PT), a specialized physiotherapist focused on cardiovascular and respiratory rehabilitation for women during the unique phases of pregnancy and the postpartum period. With over five years of hands-on clinical experience and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Maharashtra State University of Health Sciences, I have developed a deep understanding of the physical challenges women often face during these critical stages of their lives.

My expertise covers a wide range of conditions affecting women during pregnancy and after childbirth, including pelvic pain syndromes, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation), urinary incontinence, and low back pain.
