Mental health plays a crucial role in our overall well-being, influencing how we think, feel, and act. I am deeply committed to promoting mental health awareness and helping individuals lead fulfilling and joyful lives. My passion lies in utilizing my expertise in clinical psychology to provide meaningful support and guidance for those seeking to enhance their overall well-being.

I adopt an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating various techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual. My primary focus includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which assists clients in identifying and changing negative thought patterns that can lead to behavioral issues. Through CBT, individuals learn to challenge their irrational beliefs and adopt healthier thought processes. This empowers them to take control of their emotions and responses.

I also specialize in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which emphasizes the development of skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT is especially beneficial for individuals facing intense emotions or relationship challenges, as it provides practical tools to navigate everyday difficulties. Additionally, I offer family therapy, creating a space for open communication and fostering understanding among family members, which can strengthen relationships and improve overall family dynamics.

I am a dedicated Wellness and Sustainability Coach, using my knowledge in Microbiology and Biochemistry to empower women to recognize their inherent abilities for healing and thriving. My main goal is to help develop sustainable lifestyles that enhance individual health outcomes while positively impacting ecological stewardship.

In my wellness coaching practice, I take a comprehensive approach that integrates physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. I believe that holistic wellness emerges from nurturing these interconnected aspects. Through personalized coaching, I assist women in establishing healthy habits and increasing self-awareness, fostering a balanced lifestyle that promotes optimal health. This includes resilience training to manage stress and the cultivation of mindfulness practices, both of which are crucial for improving overall quality of life.

In terms of sustainability coaching, I provide individuals with essential resources to implement eco-friendly practices in their daily lives. My coaching covers topics like urban gardening, helping women learn to grow their own food in limited spaces. This initiative not only strengthens the connection to nature but also promotes healthier eating habits. Additionally, I emphasize sustainable hygiene methods that align health with environmental considerations, equipping clients with strategies to reduce waste while prioritizing their well-being.

I am a dedicated mental health professional with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the esteemed NIMHANS in Bangalore. My educational journey has instilled in me a robust foundation in psychological theories and practices, which I have applied in real-world settings over the past two years.

My initial foray into the field began with a startup company, where I provided psychological counseling and support to a diverse clientele facing various challenges. This role allowed me to develop my skills in empathy, active listening, and tailored intervention strategies, ensuring that my clients felt heard and understood. Working in a fast-paced environment, I learned the importance of adaptability and innovative thinking when addressing mental health issues.

I am part of Smotect in India, where I further specialize in Child and Adult Psychiatry. This position has expanded my expertise and deepened my understanding of the complexities of mental health across different age groups. Whether guiding children through developmental challenges or supporting adults coping with life’s pressures, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space for all my clients.

In today’s fast-paced world, personalized nutrition is incredibly important. As a certified nutritionist with extensive experience and a strong academic background in clinical nutrition, I am committed to guiding individuals on their journeys toward optimal health. My approach is based on evidence-based practices, which ensures that my clients receive effective strategies tailored to their specific needs.

A primary focus of my practice is weight management. I understand that weight loss can be a complex challenge influenced by various factors, including genetics, hormone levels, and lifestyle habits. For clients dealing with conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), I offer specialized nutritional support aimed at balancing hormones and managing symptoms. This holistic approach not only addresses weight but also promotes overall health and well-being.

Cardiovascular health is another critical aspect of my work. I collaborate with clients to develop dietary habits that lower cholesterol, manage blood pressure, and support heart health. By emphasizing nutrient-dense foods, healthy fats, and fiber-rich options, I help clients make choices that contribute to long-term heart health.

A key element of my methodology is integrating enjoyable foods into nutrition plans. I firmly believe that sustainable change comes from flexibility and satisfaction rather than strict limitations. By creating personalized nutrition plans that reflect individual preferences and lifestyles, I aim to foster a positive relationship with food.
