My specialty is postpartum recovery for women, where I focus on healing and rebuilding strength after childbirth. Currently, I am enrolled in one of the world’s leading courses on movement biomechanics, which enhances my ability to provide safe and effective training tailored to individual needs.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a proud husband and father of two wonderful children. In my free time, I enjoy playing the drums and exploring the thrill of paragliding, which fuels my love for adventure and keeping active.

I offer comprehensive online personal training services via the Zoom platform, making it easy for clients to access expert guidance from the comfort of their homes. During our initial session, I conduct an in-depth questionnaire to thoroughly assess each client’s unique condition and aspirations. This allows me to create a customized nutrition plan that aligns with their individual health goals, adjusting it throughout our collaboration to ensure optimal progress.

Beyond weight loss, I am experienced in addressing a wide range of issues, including back and joint pain. My current focus on postpartum recovery enables me to support women facing challenges such as diastasis recti, involuntary urination, and the physical changes associated with pregnancy. Through education, personalized training, and unwavering support, I strive to empower every client to reclaim their strength and confidence.
